The Leon Capital Roanoke Retail Center is Located North of SH 114 on Hwy 377 in Roanoke, Texas. The divided retail strip center is slab on grade construction with a pier and grade beam foundation. The building is a structural CMU design with bar joists supporting the TPO roof and mechanical systems. The build required separate Utility services for each lessee as well as the lessor. The three tenants (Pacific Dental, Supercuts and Schlotzsky’s) each had specific requirements ranging from electrical capacities to drive-thru systems that had to be coordinated with the construction of the facility.
