FDC was awarded this project on a competitive bid basis. The building has a wood frame with a slab on grade foundation. The project consisted of high end finishes including granite countertops, glue laminated interior beams, arched doorways, etched glass, ceramic tile and custom molding.  The exterior consisted of a metal roof, with a stucco and stone veneer.
