The improvements required the installation of a water well and retention pond to provide water for site irrigation.  Because the area experiences soil movement up to 7”, the foundation is a structural design and consists of 138 piers supporting the grade beams and slab on carton forms.  The Education wing includes 36 classrooms, the majority with adjoining restrooms, and two 5,000 Sq. Ft. lecture halls.  The Worship area consists the central baptistery and the suspended acoustical clouds that make up the ceiling.  Behind the stage is a three story mezzanine that provides space for worship preparation, classrooms, and mechanical rooms.  The exterior is clad in stucco and manufactured stone with a standing seam metal roof and adorned by a 46’ cross.
